Celebrating 20 Years of Free Recycling
We’re excited to celebrate 20 years of free recycling at the PRo Kansas Recycling Center in the Wichita area! Since our center opened its doors in 2004, we’ve focused on increasing recycling awareness, education, and participation throughout the community. Over these two decades, our mission has expanded beyond recycling; we strive to conserve and reuse the resources we already have, making the most of what’s available rather than relying on new ones.
Enter our Free Raffle Giveaway
To celebrate this milestone, we’re hosting a free raffle giveaway as one way to say thank you and show appreciation to the community members who have made our work possible. We invite you to join our raffle for a chance to win prizes from local businesses that share our values in sustainability, healthy living and community support. Our raffle includes contributions from Nudge Compost, Botanica, Blaze Pizza, Flow Foundry, Exploration Place, Spice Merchant, City Blue Print, Sedgwick County Zoo, Dutch’s Greenhouse, Fashion Freak and others to be announced.
How to Enter
Participating in the raffle is easy:
- Visit the PRo Kansas Recycling Center between August 17 and September 7 during our operational hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 1 PM to 4 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM.
- Pick up a raffle ticket from a volunteer at the raffle table, located in the center of the facility.
- Clearly fill in your contact details (phone number and/or email address) on the ticket.
- Choose your prize by dropping your ticket into the box corresponding to the item you’d like to win!
Entry closes September 7, and winners will be drawn September 10. We will contact the winners by phone or email.
